GREAT JOB WORK-WISE. COMMUNICATION COULD BE IMPROVED. COMPANY NEVER COMMUNICATED W/ ME ABOUT WHAT COLOR DECK STAIN I WANTED AND PUT ONE ON THAT THEY CHOSE, DESPITE MY LEAVING A PHONE MESSAGE FOR THEM TO CALL ME PRIOR TO DOING THIS. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK UNTIL AFTER WE CALLED AND COMPLAINED.

MY DECK HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN SEVEN YEARS. IT NOW LOOKS BRAND NEW. THEY DID THEIR WORK IN A FRIENDLY, NICE WAY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY SISTER'S DECK. HERS WAS DONE A COUPLE YEARS AGO. THEIR WORK IS VERY WELL DONE. EVEN MORE, THEY NOTIFIED ME OF A GUTTER LEAK WHICH I HADN'T KNOWN ABOUT.
