I had contacted this company and setup an appointment for them to come out and bid on the installation of 2 roof turbines. The appointment was set for 5:30 p.m. However, Jason called at that time to say that he was running late but, that he woud be here by 8 p.m.. 8 o'clock came and went with me hearing nothing more from him. I called him back at 8:30 and told him it was too late to come that evening, and that he would need to call me the following day to reschedule. Needless to say, I have yet to hear from him, or anyone, from Jeff Thorton Construction.

Jeff Thornton Home Remodeling Repair was very punctual and quite reliable.

After a phone conversation, we scheduled a time to view my porch, where the work was to be done. He came out, we discussed what would need to be done and he said he would get the estimate to me in a couple of days.
That was August 2, 2012 and I have not heard from him since. I did call at least two times and did not receive a return phone call.

Outstanding work by a very talented and responsible craftsman. Sized the enclosure perfectly and made it look like it has always been a part of the kitchen. He made recommendations which turned out to be spot on for appearance and functionality. Very personable and professional. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with what he did. We will use him again in the future.

It went really well - Jeff brought all his own equipment, and knew exactly what to do. He cleaned everything up promptly, never left any part of the house looking half done, although it took several days to complete.

Jeff was very easy to work with. He was extremely punctual. He was very honest about the costs involved and when the work could be started and completed. The project involved following plans for a partially finished basement that we had previously approved with the county inspections department. Jeff handled the framing, insulation of the exterior basement wall, drywalling, and installation of doors and trim. A subcontracted electrician did the wiring and installation of light fixtures. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves (painting, a Ceiling Max ceiling, and a carpet tile floor), and Jeff was able to work around this. Jeff arranged the various inspections during the construction. The inspectors had no issues with Jeff's work. Overall, a great experience.

He did a great job. It took about two months to complete. He was able to complete our basement remodel. He did everything from the rough in to the finishing.
