She is a very good Stylist. She is a master colorist and she just seems to do what you want her to do. The service turned out very well. I think the price is comparable or maybe might be a little cheaper than most places. I would use her again in the future. In fact, I am going to call and make an appointment for next month.

There was a very good sale on the contact lenses I ordered and the service has always been impeccable. The glasses I ordered last year are the best and most clear vision I have had with glasses. They are the top quality Zeiss lenses which were expensive even with insurance. However, they are definitely worth it. The staff gives sincere and superior service.

I felt at this rate I wouldn’t have any window treatments for months and who knows what the cost would be. So I fired her and said I’m sorry but I just can’t do business with you. The woman was just not prepared to deal with such a big order or something. I needed someone that could do the job efficiently and at a good price; and JCPenney wasn’t the one for me. I choose a very high rated window treatment service and had (22) wood blinds installed in less then three weeks.

We visited the store to look at custom roman shades. The store was having a sale and we were able to use another coupon to get an extra 10% off. We worked with Asha to place the order. She was fantastic to work with. She told us when to come in to order to get the best sale price. She recommended a contractor who would measure and install the blinds. They did a good job. She was very thorough about writing down the measurements and rechecking them. Our window treatments arrived within 2 weeks. They were packed very nice. The quality is excellent. After the treatments were hung, we noticed 1 of the latches was faulty. I called Asha to let her know and she was so nice. She ordered a new blind right away. I took the faulty blind back after I received the replacement. We will definately order custom blinds through JC Penny again. They were great to work with and reasonable.

Helene was very helpful in helping to pick out what type of window treatments we wanted, what fabrics and what all the related hardware. Once the selections were finalized, prior to ordering, the installation person came out to verify the measurements, etc. When the treatments came in, I was contacted to set the time for installation. Installation went smoothly and once installed, I was shown how to operate the cords, etc. All the people involved were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All packing material was removed after installation.

Sales person was helpful. However, while the rod pockets were the correct size I ordered, due to the fact they were fully lined and no additional size allowance was done, the rods I planned on using did not fit. While, I realize this is partly my error, the sales person who took the order should have been aware of this potential problem and advised or at least suggested that I might want to make the pocket larger to accommodate the added material. I ended up having to use the header for the rods. Otherwise, the workmanship and quality of the material was good.
