Overall, the work is good quality. However, his initial quote was rather vague. We anticipated some overages due to materials selected and changes made along the way, but were not kept apprised of the amounts of these additional costs until presented with the final invoice. He also refused to give any adjustments for items in the original quote which were not done (by mutual decision). The job took almost 3 times longer than the original time estimate. Toward the end, it became apparent that they just wanted to get done, and a few smaller things were not done in a quality fashion. While we're pretty happy with the final result, there's an uncomfortable feeling left by this situation. Communication was not clear, and surprised us at the final billing.

They did another project for us as well. They installed a pull down ladder system in the garage so that we can get to the attic. They also installed some plywood boards so that we can store stuff in the attic.
