Irina did a deep clean at our house, which had not previously been professionally cleaned. She provided thorough and quick response when contacted, kept me informed of her plans and showed up exactly on time. Her cleaning was thorough. She put several hours of work in. We were very pleased with the result. I would not hesitate to hire her again. She was friendly and dependable, very professional. Her work was quality.

Irina is exceptionally professional and hardworking. She’s extremely thorough, and always leaves our house sparkling clean. She takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows. Great house cleaners are so hard to find, and I recommend her to anyone in need of reliable, caring house cleaners. Also, she’s an incredibly talented seamstress and has done great work for me in the past.

We are so happy that a friend recommended Irina! Between our work and family schedule, cleaning the house was taking a back seat. Irina has been cleaning our home on a bi-weekly basis for several months and does a fantastic job; she is thorough, dependable and makes sure you are completely satisfied - plus - she's an animal lover after my own heart! :) I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking house cleaning!

I had 4 jackets that needed their sleeves shortened, and 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed. The jacket sleeves were tricky because they had slits, buttons, lining, etc. I'm a seamstress myself, but was intimidated by this job. Irina responded immediately to my email and within a day, my clothes were at her house. I felt completely comfortable that she knew exactly what she was doing. When I received the clothes back, I was not disappointed. I am picky. She is very good. She spent considerable time on one of the jackets recreating the slits, and even removed buttonholes from the shortened sleeves. She is top-notch. The pants' hems were excellent too. They needed to be hand-sewn, and you can't see a single stitch on the outside of the pants. I hope that I have more work for her in the future; she's professional, reliable and a talented tailor. And it seems like this is only one of her many, many talents.

I am updating my earlier review just to let potential new customers know how happy I am with Irina's work after all this time. She works for me regularly and is never late and has never missed a scheduled time to clean. Irina works without supervision and is willing to incorporate things that come up that need to be done. I could not be happier.

Excellent. I have used many alterations people over the years and Irina does the most professional work of anyone I have used. She is professionally trained and is very conscientious. She provides a price list so you know what to expect to pay. She takes great pride in her work and wants her clients very satisfied. I highly recommend her and I'm quite particular!

Irina has cleaned my house several times .. Unfortunately I'm moving out of her area so will have to find somebody new. She is thorough and very flexible addressing 1-time needs. In addition she accepts feedback and will adjust if needed. She is easy to communicate with before, during and after any cleaning sessions. She's costs a little more than I expected but her quality and flexibility were worth it to me, She will clean what ever needs to be cleaned... windows, leather sofa, etc.

Finally, we found someone who will clean our home the way that we would! We have tried several other companies only to find that they "go through the motions" of cleaning but are not committed to actually "cleaning" your home. That is not the case with Irina. She is extremely thorough, detailed & goes above & beyond in her work. (She has even washed the outside of our patio doors without being asked to do so!) We heard back from her the day we messaged her to see about getting a quote & she has been just as prompt when coming to our home to clean. Very personable & kind. We feel that we have found a true gem in Irina! The only slight negative is the cost but, based on our past experience, you get what you pay for, & she is worth every penny.

She was excellent. She got there 10 minutes early and stayed about 6 hours. She worked continuously the whole time and was extremely thorough. She is a very hard worker and was very pleasant to work with. We hired her based on the feedback in her reviews and we were not disappointed. She brought all of her own products and materials, she was very prepared. We have already hired for additional work next week because we were so pleased. We would highly recommend her!

Irina is an amazing woman with multiple talents. She is very detail oriented and misses nothing as she is cleaning. She is professional, very caring, and a very hard worker. She listened intently to what I told her and then she worked completely on her own. The house sparkled when she was done. And my two Australian Shephards love her. I feel completely confident that Irina will be a fabulous help to our family for a long time to come.

Irina is one of a kind. She is a true gem. She is one of the most pleasant and conscientious people I've had do work in my home. Her work is absolutely wonderful. She is very detail oriented and takes it upon herself to go above and beyond just normal cleaning. She is honest, punctual, efficient and a joy to work with. She is willing to take on just about any type of cleaning project and will do so with the utmost care and confidence. If you need some cleaning done you just can't go wrong with Irina.

It went very well and she has worked 2/week for 2 months
She was always friendly on time and ready to work hard. Her work included many duties that a typical cleaning person would not do, however wanting to help in any way she went to the laundromat or pick things up at the store. I had not been very healthy so these extras helped me immensely.

Irina does a great job. She is punctual and works efficiently and thoroughly. She takes it upon herself to do more as she sees a need (blinds, windows, etc.). She offers to do anything that might be helpful such as organizing. She is very trustworthy and conscientious. I have become a regular client and would have no concerns leaving her alone in my house. I'm very lucky to have found her!
