I first called them and they talked me through several possible solutions before I took the printer into their office. Whwn I brought it in, they remembered the phone conversation. "Oh, you're the lady with the Lexmark printer problem." They told me I could wait while they checked it out, which surprised and pleased me. I am confident that they examined every possible solution before determining that I would need to replace the printer. The exam of the printer took maybe 35 minutes. They did not charge me for their services.
