In 2006 we hired Cindy Zeeter from Hyde Park Lumber to design our kitchen.  Everything went excellent and we have been very happy.  This year I called Cindy to ask for the name of the sink installer so I could call them about my sink which was coming apart from the granite.  Cindy is so awesome.  She told me she would call the installer herself so that I did not have to worry about it.  She called the installer and they informed her they would not stand behind the sink installation because it had been installed in 2006. Cindy immediately called another installer and had them come to my home and fix the sink.  Hyde Park Lumber paid for the warranty work to be done.  I am so impressed with Cindy and this company.  They do a fantastic job and really stand behind their work.  They always put the customer first.  If we ever move or have any remodeling for another kitchen or bathroom I will ONLY have Cindy do the work.  I wouldn't even get another bid because I know when I work with Cindy I don't ever have to worry about anything.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Cindy Zeeter was our designer. Cindy took a rough plan that we already had and took care of the details. She made sure the cabinets were the right size and design for our kitchen. We had a specific look in mind for our Hyde Park kitchen. Cindy listened to what we wanted and special ordered sample doors in for us to look at. They were perfect. Once we committed to the contract, Cindy came to our home twice to measure the kitchen. She is very particular and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Cindy also followed up with us throughout the process. Once the cabinets were installed, Cindy visited our home to do a walk thru with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. We would highly recommend Cindy. If we ever do another kitchen or bath, Cindy will be the only person we would consider. The management at Hyde park lumber is great. This company really knows what customer service is about.

WE PRESENTED THEM WITH OUR NEEDS FOR A LAUNDRY ROOM REPLACEMENT DOOR. THEY SUGGESTED DOOR TYPES AND HEAVY DUTY HARDWARE. THEY PROVIDED SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW TO FILL THE ODD SIZE DOOR OPENING AND INSTALLATION IDEAS. TURNAROUND TIME WAS A WEEK FROM ORDER DATE TO ARRIVAL AT THE STORE.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS IN CINCINNATI FOR OVER 100 YEARS AND THAT IS ONE REASON WHY. CINDY ZETER HELPED US THROUGH EVERY ASPECT OF THIS PROCESS AND WAS CONSTANTLY DRIVING TO OUR HOME DURING THE REMODELING PROCESS TO MAKE SURE EVERY DETAIL WAS COVERED. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY FOR CUSTOM CABINETS AND WOODWORK.
