The door was not cut to the original dimensions. I relied on their product and this reliance cost me 6 manhours in re-painting, re-installation, travel, materials, etc.. They measured the hinges and lockset from the the top of the original door and then cut them into the new door. However they forgot to also measure the length of the original door and also cut the new door to that length. As a result, when I tried to install the new door, it would not fit. I felt that they should credit me the cost of the millwork ($49) at a minimum, but he would only credit me $10. To summarize, if you rely on them to custom cut a door for you, it could cost you a lot of money, and they won't take responsibility for their mistakes.
