 + 1 moreThe door was not cut to the original dimensions. I relied on their product and this reliance cost me 6 manhours in re-painting, re-installation, travel, materials, etc.. They measured the hinges and lockset from the the top of the original door and then cut them into the new door. However they forgot to also measure the length of the original door and also cut the new door to that length. As a result, when I tried to install the new door, it would not fit. I felt that they should credit me the cost of the millwork ($49) at a minimum, but he would only credit me $10. To summarize, if you rely on them to custom cut a door for you, it could cost you a lot of money, and they won't take responsibility for their mistakes. The door was brought to them on a Saturday and promised on a tuesday, but not delivered until a wednesday, Other options for millwork are Forge Lumber (859) 341-7025 - 39 Montgomery St, Erlanger, KY and Hyde Park Lumber
Description of Work: They custom cut a door to the same dimensions as I was replacing.I provided them with the door to be replaced so that they could measure the exact dimensions.They charged $200 for the door ($150 for standard +$50 for extension to 89". Then $49 to cut the door to the dimensions of the other door.
