General Remodeling
I have no complaints on the quality of the installation, my issue is with Mr. Hube breaching his agreement to replace the window. We have repeatedly called and left messages with Hube Construction and received no response. To remedy the situation, I contacted the window manufacturer. They agreed to replace the window at no charge. However, they are going to charge 125 dollars to deliver and install the window. I ordered the replacement window through the manufacturer. I again tried to contact Hube Construction to request that they deliver and install the new window in order to avoid the 125 dollar charge. Again,I received no response. Since Hube Construction agreed to replace the window at no charge, I want them to install the replacement window or pay the 125 dollars to have it installed.
