"Sorry you were not pleased. All we do is try to make your job better lookin. The process is the same for everyone. The condition of the tile and grout plays a huge factor in the cleanability of it. Yours was poor at best and we did our best. Remember we are not the ones who made the mess. I have before and after pics showing the difference and how we did make it cleaner. If your tile is stained from neglect of cleaning then there is really nothing we can do."
This was a $159 big deal purchase. They told me that the tile was un-cleanable. What they could do better was to tell me that to begin with, that would help.
Excellent service, Bob went out of his way to explain and make sure we understood everything.
Fast, efficient work, cost was much less than we had been paying for 'national-brand' cleaners.

Our shower needed a real good cleaning (travertine tile) and my wife did some investigating and found out that you needed to STEAM clean this sort of tile - Bob agreed with my wife and what was needed - Bob was prepared and he went ahead and did the entire bathroom floor and shower within a couple of hours
Bob did a real nice job - we needed some grout work done as well and Howard's recommended a very good company for that as well
There was a great improvement in all the rooms in the house. My bill was exactly what he quoted me, plus the additional product I asked for. I couldn?t have asked for better service.
