They did an excellent job, were efficient and on time, and explained everything clearly.

Overall, very well. There were some potted plants and other things that they didn't move so they could clean under them and dirt in corners from their machine that were left behind - but overall they did a very good job.

The carpet always looks great! Pre-treating spots is extremely effective. The carpet is only slightly damp when the job is finished which is a real bonus since it can be difficult to stay off the carpet for an extended period of time.

The guys came and did a pretty quick, good job. It was a really good deal too. One drawback was that they ran out of cleaning agent as they were finishing up the stairs. It was still clean, so I'll forgive them this time.

I was able to pay for the extra rooms on the spot, and the cleaner was quick and professional. The carpet looked beautiful afterward. He even went the extra mile and cleaned a small rug leading from the entry. I had compliments asking who did the cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.

They've done it a couple of times. They call me up each year and we have it done. That's why I called them over again. They've been here at least twice. I don't know of anything that stands out. They're doing the job. My wife likes how the carpets look and feel after they've been here. That's about it. Nothing super remarkable. Just they come in and do the job. They don't mess around, I know that. On price...reasonable enough, just fine, good. They came when they said they were going to come. They called ahead of time. They are very professional. They are probably busy so they came in and got the job done. They were in and out of here as soon as they got done. There was some stuff that we had to wait for it to dry but otherwise they were done.

This was a house we had purchased and these four areas were the only carpet out of 10 carpeted areas we decided to try to keep and continue using. The results were better than we anticipated and 9 months later, we are still very satisfied with the way the cleaned carpet looks.

Bob was the person cleaning and he was on time, very professional and did an outstanding job.  Worked extra **** ** the steps that needed additional work.  Also tried to remove a bad stain in one of the rooms, and had moderate success, but did make an excellent effort.

It was OK but they ended up charging us a lot more. I spent about $350.

I've used Howards four times now. The attention to detail on spots and stains is amazing. They pretreat stains before cleaning the carpets. I have white carpet throughout the house, and it looks brand new every time they come.
