She was not really great. She did an adequate job, but she did not really do a great job and I had cleaning ladies a lot. She was relatively inexpensive but just did not do the extra stuff that I expect a cleaning person to do. She just did the very basic like if she found trash, she would put the trash on the table instead of throwing the trash in the garbage. My interaction with her was fine. She was very nice. The job turned out okay. I did not stick with her because I wanted somebody to do a little better job.

Initially, Hope did a decent job cleaning my home. A few bathroom items were broken but nothing of much expense. I was never happy with the way she cleaned my hardwood and ceramic tile floors (she used a swifter, with rag attached and sprayed cleaner directly on the floors). Over time, Hope became undependable. She cancelled on me three times (twice in one week). She's does an okay job for the price but I would not hire her again due to the number of cancellations on short notice (same day as scheduled cleanings).

crubbed both bathrooms dusted furniture, mopped all floors. she did a good jo0b at a reasonable rate. i would hire her again.hope arrived on time with her own cleaning products.  started in the kitchen,cleaned counter tops,wiped off cabinets,mopped floor. cleaned ceiling fans in diningroom,living room and bedrooms.  s

including tub,shower aND hope arrived on time.  cleaned kitchen floor,dining room floor and bedroom floors. vacuumed all carpets andwashed remaing floors.  have two bathrooms.  she cleaned both.  she was professional and pleasant.  thought she did a good job.  i would hire her again.

Hope did a great job. We had some work done in the house and had a ton of dust everywhere. Hope went straight to work and got everything I wanted completed in less than the 3 hours. I certainly would use her again.

Hope was very responsive to emails and even quickly accommodated a scheduling conflict. She's extremely personable and professional, and when she left everything was clean and smelling awesome! We would definitely recommend!

She does need to be supervised. The first time she finished the kitchen floor, it wasn’t cleaned and she had to do it over and that cut into our time. I would use her again, but I need to make sure I double check everything.

Overall, we are very pleased.  Hope picked up a few chores that we had fallen behind on and we are happy with the results!
