Got my car, 3 days later got a call saying my “part” was ready, to bring car back in! Didn’t know it needed a part, under impression it was fixed. I was supposed to be PICKED UP AT 12:50,to meet a Dr. Appt right down the street., per Andrew’s guarantee . Honda TOLD me they were ON THEIR WAY...I’m 12 mins away with traffic. ONE EXIT. They WERE NOT on their way. THEY WERE ON A LUNCH RUN. I realize people need to eat, but waiting 12 minutes would have made starvation set in? My Dr. AGREED to see me, with a $25 dollar fee. Tina said she couldn’t reimburse me, so car washes were agreed. They INSIST Johnnys in Beechmont, I pass LA EXPRESS leaving and coming home. Johnnys isn’t nearby. I’m NOT DRIVING 30 minutes, spending $5 in gas, when I LITERALLY wash my car twice a week? Sometimes 3x’s at LA EXPRESS. Tina can’t comprehend this, and is going back to offering oil changes, which I have paid and purchases 3 of last year, and haven’t needed one...as, I DONT DRIVE OUTSIDE A 5 MILE RADIUS!!! Hope their guts are full of burgers!!! I have a Pain Pump in mine, due to incomprehensible pain...which sitting on concrete waiting for Honda Shuttle Service has made indescribable. $80 to Pain Doctor!!!

I haven’t had any real car problems. I never have any problems with them, that’s for sure. They’re always on time. I usually get an appointment and they always take me right in. They’re very efficient at getting the work done and getting me out of there. That’s the reason I really like them. I bought a Honda brand new and I’ve had a Honda for years and that’s why I keep going back to them. They get an “A” for answering my questions.

That was excellent. I would give it all A's as well. I would use them again. They were wonderful. In fact I had called there a couple months before I bought it and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they didn't have it. He said he would call me when they did and he did.

I bought my care there so I have a [maintenance] package, so there was no charge. I would give them an A on everything. I like the convenience. You can drop it off if you want to or you can wait, not a long wait, and there's hours from morning through evening. I think their last appointment is like 8:00. I like that you can schedule online.

I go to the dealer. During the process they discovered one of the ball bearing had gone bad in one of the wheels, and it was getting ready to fall off the car. It was good the caught it.

We dropped the car off and picked it up later when it was done. Sometimes, I just pull in and they're able to take it and other times, I made an appointment ahead of time. So they're pretty accommodating. The staff are very good and very professional. The waiting room is comfortable. They have free coffee and several places to sit.
