The tester arrived on time and explained the test and instructions for homeowners to follow during testing period. After the 48 hour required testing period they collected the equipment and promptly analyzed the data and we had the results that afternoon by email. The home did come back with a high radon level which required mitigation. We are very glad we decided to test for radon, Ms. Yankie explained the results and gave us some objective, expert websites to use for reference. My only advice to perspective buyers is to have an estimate for radon mitigation prior to testing. This will give you figures to negotiate with before finalizing the purchasing contract. Our inspection results came back late Saturday afternoon and we needed to sign the final contract on Sunday, it was very hard to get an estimate during the weekend. It's better to be prepared with an estimate in advance.

Went very well. They were flexible with time and were not just trying to make a buck--we had scheduled something earlier but I postponed it until we got rain and she was fine with that.

I am very pleased with the results. I would have never known some of the things that Barb pointed out if it wouldn't have been for her infrared camera. I highly recommend this service and Barb is a pleasure to deal with. She came over on a rainy Saturday, was there for about an hour. Explained and pointed out several things I could do. By Sunday she had emailed me a written report with the pictures she had taken. By the end of that week I received a written report in the mail along with additional information about the various things we discussed. It was definitely worth the money to me!
