 + 0 moreAmazing experience. Shannon and her team are terrific!! I rented initially only for a month and my plans changed and had to extend; they were so accommodating and flexible. Ended up staying for six months as it was so comfortable and the team so accommodating. I can honestly say that I've never had a more responsive landlord: for example, about a week ago, I had an ice-related issue at the apartment on a Sunday evening; I texted Shannon and within 20 minutes, her team was out here and solved the problem. Always polite, courteous and the property was clean as a whistle and quite comfortable.
