DAVE POINTED OUT THAT THE TILE WE SELECTED HAD A DEFECT, INSTEAD OF JUST INSTALLING IT ANYWAY. HE CONTINUED TO HELP US OBTAIN TILE ONCE WE SELECTED A REPLACEMENT, AND PICKED UP MORE TILE TO REPLACE DAMAGED BOXES. THEIR WORKERS ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE RESULT IS A SHOWER THAT IS SOLID AND LOOKS GREAT.
