High Bar did a great job on our inspection. We had one done before and the inspector with high bar found things the other inspector missed! We will definitely be using them for all of our inspections in the future!

Andrew was excellent. He was patient with me as a first-time home buyer. He explained what he was looking for, showed me the evidence, and "told the stories" of how certain defects and quirks of a home can come about. In some cases his findings were in conflict with the home listing information. Because of his evidence-based assertions, I felt confident approaching the sellers to re-negotiate. If I had bought the home I feel confident that I knew virtually all paths forward, as some of his discoveries would require action in order to prevent further damage. He was prompt and set realistic time frames for the inspection itself and certain test results, and his published reports were detailed with pictures and context.
