Purchase went fine but when they came to install hoses and vent were to short was told to buy new hoses etc. But when the installers returned a week later they say they can not install because not original hoses /vent they brought; which of course are still to short! Installers left and nothing is hooked up! Eastgate store has been no help at all in this matter and just told my 78 year old mother she can instill them herself there is nothing to it.

Great! We landed on the Whirlpool Gold series, which looks like a built in with its flat top and several special features -- rapid preheat, warming burner, convection, etc. We found the same model at two other stores for 30% more -- and theirs went on close out sale, down from $1599 to $990. They delivered promptly within the week and the stove looks and works beautifully. The sale was quick and painless, about 15 minutes total.

They were very accommodating. I was rather weak at the time so they allowed me to use the wheelchair. They wheeled me all over their premises and showed me everything. They explained everything to me too. They really helped me understand what was necessary for my use of the machine and what was going to be needed. I chose one of their washer and dryer quickly. It was done quickly without too much hassle. I was looking for something that was going to last and pricing was also important. I was very pleased with them.

I have used them for many years and never had any bad experience, so I have been going to them.

They were very helpful and polite. We knew what we wanted and they pointed us in the right direction; it was a very quick transaction.

We did have a couple of issues with them where they did not load the office software package correctly. We had to go back and no one seemed knowledgable enough to get it fixed. This should have been fairly routine for them to do. I would not use them again.

I purchased a warranty with my appliances and it was a waste. I called over half a dozen of calls and a ton of no shows for three years, I dropped them and went somewhere else. I got no support from the store. I will never again step foot in there store. I got all this push back from the warranty company. They are very high pressured because they are commission based. They make the most off of the warranty.

The sales people were helpful. I paid a reasonable price for the refrigerator. The delivery men were helpful and they explained how the refrigerator worked.

Salesman explained dehumidifiers available, helped us choose the best one, which happened to be on sale. Appliance was delivered to our car, we took it home and set it up, and our basement is much less damp. (Weather helped, too, probably.)

We picked out the one we wanted on Saturday and they delivered it on Sunday. They were fair and gave me a deal. They were efficient and even gave me a refund for paint as they made a small scratch when bringing it in, so I could repaint that area.

Well we found them in the phone book and we had bought a microwave there and we have gotten several small appliance there and were very pleased with them so we went there and talked to a salesman and bought a washer. They delivered the washer, and they set it up and took away the old one that did not work. They cleaned up behind themselves.

The major problem was the computer glitch that canceled our warranty and the fact that there were three other parties involved--HH Gregg, the folks in South Dakota, and the repair company. Eventually the warranty work was done and done correctly, but it took quite awhile and required extra effort on our part.

There were no problems. They give you a window of time of delivery. Delivery was great, taking the extra step to not destroy my hard wood floors. They put mats down and took off their shoes. They came on a rainy day and did not leave a mess. They moved old appliances into the garage for me.
