Appliance Repair
When they installed the washer and dryer they didn't connect the hose right and it leaked all over the floor. I now have water damage on my floor/ceiling. I called them five times, and I still haven't heard anything back.

THE DID OFFER TO REPLACE & UPGRADE THE APPLIANCES. I HAD TO GO BACK DOWN AND MAKE NEW SELECTIONS. I FOUND A DEMO MODEL THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW ABOUT, AND THEY FOUND A MODEL OF STOVE LIKE WHAT I HAD CHOSEN ORIGINALLY. I SET DELIVERY FOR NOON OR LATER ON CLOSING DAY, ONLY TO HAVE THEM CALL & SAY THEY'D BE BY AT 7 AM. WHEN I TOLD THEM WE COULDN'T DO THAT, THEY BECAME IRATE, AND SAID I COULD TAKE THE SCHEDULED TIME THEY HAD, OR WAIT SEVERAL MORE DAYS. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.
