Pest Control
In the beginning, things were good. Al came and looked at some issues [carpenter bees, squirrels in the attic] and sounded very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work, collected payment, and stated he offered a 2-week follow-up. When the bees returned, we called Al. A number of attempts resulted in Al stating he would stop by, then he didn't stop by, then he stopped answering communications.
Being dissatisfied with the work, he was still out of communication. We had to have our bank reverse the transaction. Not sure what happened to him, but that is our experience with Hero Exterminators.
