Heffernan's

We love it. He's meticulous about symmetry and how the tile looks from different angles. This project included bullnose around the exterior edge and an inset border of pebble tiles, partially hexagonal. He's neat, fast, and conscientious. Greg did the tile on our kitchen backsplash, master bath (also with heated floor) and side foyer about 5 years ago and we were so pleased we asked our new contractor to work with him this time.

Could not have been more courteous, insightful, or helpful. He provided as much information as he could, before it was ultimately determined the project that needed to be completed wasn't capable of being done by their company. He went out of his way to come inspect our problem ASAP and stayed until we completely understood everything. 
While we were unable to use Heffernan's this time due to the nature of our repair, we were blown away at the professionalism and if presented an opportunity would definitely use and recommend to others.

He did the tile in both the bathroom floor and the shower floor/wall.  It took Greg about 7 days to complete the job.  It was an excellent experience. He had a lot of work to complete. He took out the existing plaster and flooring which entailed a lot of prep work. We also selected our tile from the tile store he recommended. He was very prompt and cleaned up perfectly. He never left a mess. It was a good experience.  I would absolutely recommend his services.
