During a major overnight storm water seeped into an outside receptacle and it flashed.  We lost power to a third of our house, including the garage.
Keith had previously done work for us during a bathroom renovation so I called him first thing that morning.  He returned my call within 15 minutes and was at my house (between other scheduled jobs) within an hour to tie off the blown circuit so power could be restored.  He returned later and replaced the outside receptacle.
He explained how/why it had happened, answered all my questions as well as checked a few other things I was then worried about.   He never made me feel he was rushing him even though I know he had another job to get to.
I can't recommend him enough.  He is the consummate professional with the knowledge to back up his skills.

My circuit box is up to code. It took a day to do with one guy. They're pretty quick and very good. They're easy to get ahold of.

It took a while to get a hold of them but ultimately the quality of the work was great. Very professional.

Keith was responsive and took the time in the initial visit to explain fully everything to me. The work was done well and on time as promised.

I CALLED BACK AND THE OFFICE LADY EXPLAINED THAT ONLY KEITH SCHEDULE'S APPOINTMENTS, AND HE ONLY IS IN THE OFFICE THIS 1/2 HOUR WINDOW TO DO SO EVERY DAY: HOW INCONVENIENT THIS IS: NO ONE ELSE OR ANY OTHER TIME: I HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY FOR 1/2 HOUR JUST TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. IF THEY ARE THIS UNWILLING TO BE ACCOMODATING TO CUSTOMERS, CANNOT IMAGINE ABOUT THE SERVICE ITSELF. THE OFFICE LADY NEVER EVEN OFFERRED ANY ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS: LIKE TAKE A MESSAGE OF MY AVAILABILITY AND PASSING IT ON TO KEITH OR ANYTHING. THEY ARE OFF MY LIST!!!!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE OF HASKAM ELECTRIC. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB TO CODE AND TO OUR RECOMMENDATIONS. IT IS A SMALL OPERATION BUT COMPLETED OUT RESIDENTIAL JOB ON TIME AND ON BUDGET.
