The company is quick to respond to a build request. The work is always top quality and the parts they use are the best available. Their personnel was always a phone call or service call away to assist with problems that crop up in the world of computers.

They spent time with me on the phone and helped diagnose my computer problem. Then the technician determined that severe damage was done to my "boot record" and I would need to format my hard disk and restore all of my programs. They helped back up my files and got everything back up and running again. They did a great job.
