Hallie was excellent in every respect. She is a seasoned realtor who loves the work that she does. Beyond her professional expertise developed over many years, she also cares about her clients, and was a true advocate for me as a home buyer. She guided me through all of the detailed steps involved in the home purchase, including finding a thorough, careful home inspector. She supported my choice to have numerous special inspections done. She responded quickly to my communications and encouraged my search, and actually seeing homes that interested me, without insisting on pursuing homes that didn't really interest me. She worked congenially with all of the parties involved in the process from the buyers to inspectors to attorneys. We had a few hurdles along the way that were negotiated well and to my satisfaction. There is a lot to know in this process, and finding someone so trustworthy and knowledgeable made all the difference. She was truly an enjoyable person to work with; we really had a lot of fun and I found a home that I love, that is exactly what I was looking for.
