 + -1 moreAlthough Hader "carries" the particular brand of hardwood floor cleaner & protectant I use, it's often out of stock (about 2 out of 4 visits over the past year). The manager on duty was courteous and told me that the items would arrive in a shipment the next week; I came back & it was still out of stock. On another visit, the manager on duty offered to take my name & phone number and call me when the product arrived but no one called me. So basically, the employees are friendly but the follow up is poor. I'll still shop there but only to buy the specific products that I can't buy anywhere else. For my other hardware needs I shop at different stores.
