They are a big chain outlet that sells appliances, televisions, computers, some furniture like the chairs that you would sit in and watch in a theater like a home theater style, dishwasher, washing machines, and refrigerators. They are very good and very knowledgeable in what they do. They have a lot of salespeople, and they wander around the store, and they are all pretty knowledgeable. I haven't run across any that really wasn't. I've been pleased with those that I have used.

When I walked in there were several people standing around. They looked at me and continued to chat with each other. After they had seen me standing around the manager told me he would be with me in just a moment and then proceeded to disappear, and that was the last I saw him. I left after a few minutes of standing there. It was poor customer service.

The delivery experience was not very good. We expected that they would hook it up for us and explain how to use the remote. The installation was very quick. The sales experience was good. I knew what I wanted when I went in to purchase the television set. I would use them again in the future but I would not use them again for delivery.

I purchased it about three years ago. I purchased it as a floor model. I purchased the extended warranty on it just because it was a floor model. I have not had a bit of trouble with it since I purchased it. I felt that I got a very good deal. It was a pleasant experience.

SALESPERSON ADVISED ME OF SPECIAL ON REFRIGERATOR THAT WOULD BE ADVERTISED THE NEXT DAY (SUNDAY), OFFERED ME THE SPECIAL PRICE (SATURDAY). I WAS EXTREMELY CONCERNED ABOUT DELIVERY OF THE FRIDGE DUE TO OUR NARROW, WINDING DRIVE. THE DRIVER SIZED UP THE SITUATION AND STAYED ON THE DRIVE. I WAS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT REMOVAL OF OLD FRIDGE AS IT WAS LITERALLY WEDGED BETWEEN TWO CABINETS AND HAD NOT BEEN MOVED IN 10 YEARS. THE DELIVERY MAN WAS EXTRA CAREFUL AND REMOVED OLD FRIDGE WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO CABINETS. NEW REFRIGERATOR CAME FROM MANUFACTURER WITH A ''DIMPLE'' ON ONE DOOR. DELIVERY MEN PROMISED A NEW DOOR WITHIN ONE WEEK AND INDEED, A NEW DOOR WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED IN ONE WEEK. VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS APPLIANCE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE PERSONABLE, CLEAN, ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONALLY PERFORMED THEIR WORK.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AT EVERY LEVEL--SALES, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION.

LOOK FOR THEIR SALES. THE APPLIANCE PRODUCTS ARE ALL BRAND NAME AND VERY AFFORDABLE. VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM OUR SALESPERSON, DON K. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH HIM
