The Gutterglove frame is made of solid aluminum, not plastic, so it does not flex or warp. Systems made of mesh and plastic can flex allowing their screen to peel out. Gutterglove is also installed on a slant instead of flat in your gutters so debris will naturally move to the front edge of the gutter and fall off with the rain/wind. Systems that lay flat tend to collect debris under the shingles. We also offer THE ICE BREAKER SYSTEM. A heated gutter protection system that not only keeps your gutters clean but melts snow and ice at the gutterline to keep icicles and ice dams from forming. Price was great so I gave them the ho ahead. Installation came quickly after, only took a day. Very good crew, curtious and knowlwdgeble. Evan was on the job to manage, and inspect. All was done as discussed including a few additional items that were discovered at time of installation. All needed and additional items were discussed before work was done.
As the rains came, the product performed as told. It's been a solid system handling very heave rain with no issues.
I would recommend this system and This company to everyone i know.

Met Evan at the Cincinnati Home and Garden show and was impressed with the gutter system He showed up at the appointment time on time and gave me a no BS quote. The installers showed up on time and worked friendly (but not over familiar) and were professional. If we ever own another house, I would not waste anytime getting this system installed again.

Met Evan Wood and Gutterglove at trade show where the product was described. A few days later Evan Wood came to our house to review the scope of work and prepare an estimet. Within a couple days we had a proposal in our e-mail. The price was very fair so we notified him of our intent to go ahead. He ordered the material and a week later called to set-up a time to do the work. It was February so weather played a factor but the day they came was fairly nice. The gutters were filled up with debris more expected but they cleaned them out as promised even though it took extra time and they had to come back a second day to finish up. The second day started out ok then snow started and then wind but they perserved as long as possible. Finally the weather wonout and they postponed the worj into a thied day. The third day they finished up, intalled the covers and repaired the downspout connections. They did an excellent job of installing, cleaning and repairing and kept us informed as to progress. The weather did not cooperated but they overcame the obstacle.
We have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are honest, dependable and do what they say they will do and more. As advertised the Gutterglove product is highly recommended by Consumer Reports who we follow consistently. The price was fair and less than their competition. Like nearly all the houses on our side of the street, our shingles had heavy algae stains on front side of house. With minimal staining on rear (south-facing) side, we elected to clean only the front. We obtained quotes from two service providers who offered similar prices and services. I personally spoke to the owner/reps from each vendor during their estimation walkthrough and we eventually chose Roof Cleaners Plus.
They cleaned the entire front side of the roof, as well as stains around the vents on the rear side. They cleaned the rear and side gutters, windows, and fascia, and also painted the four metal roof valleys with Rustoleum paint. The crew was careful not to damage any flowers/plants in the nearby landscaping.
The difference immediately after the cleaning was dramatic - - the shingles/roof/valleys/fascia looked almost brand new. But since I am late in posting this (almost exactly 12 months later), I can also tell you that everything continues to look great with no recurrence of the algae stains. Accordingly, I can/do recommend that you consider Roof Cleaners Plus, if/when you need a service like this.

The company left ends of downspouts off and had much difficulty replacing them.We called them to actually come back to return them to original state.The company placed bags over ends of downspouts to catch chemicals so it would not reach plants...Company stated had no prior knowledge of plants being harmed but within a day we had new landscaping die and within a week all plants hit with runoff from roof die including a large tree, 3 hollies and 2 large bushes that are over 13 years old. We were reimbursed 75$ towards replacement...not even close to our fees to replace damaged/dead trees and bushes.It is stated that they would not be held liable for damage to plants in contract but with so much destruction to existing landscaping we felt it was ridiculous for them not to show some liability...be wary!

Roof Cleaners Plus originally estimated my job at $1375 and expected it to take a full half day. They admitted they had never done this type of shingle before, and they probably underestimated the degree of algae contamination. I suspected there might be considerable guesswork in the estimate. On the day of the cleaning, we found that the cleaning process was working very well, but not quite well enough. After the half day of work, I would say the job was 90% effective, but some staining still remained. We agreed that the only solution was a complete second treatment. The contractor seemed to be as determined as I was to get the job done properly, and spent another 5 to 6 hours retreating and rinsing the roof to complete the cleaning. The final result was absolutely spectacular, and exceeded my own expections about how good the roof would look after cleaning. I was agreeable to pay double the original estimate to get the job done right, but they only increased the cost to $2000, which I considered a bargain for all their time and effort. After completing the work, they cleaned up thoroughly, and even washed all the exterior window glass on the house. There was no damage to any plants or shrubs around the house. I estimate they worked at this job for nearly 12 hours. I do not fault this contractor for underestimating the price because it was a new type of shingle for them, and it was certainly difficult to estimate how bad the algae contamination really was. I commend them for their determination to finish the job properly, even if it required a heroic effort.

"The Member has a cement tile roof (a type of roofing material I have never seen before that is from 1958. There were several cracked tiles and several replaced tiles. We did not want to walk on the tiles so the entire cleaning process was done from the gutterline). We have cleaned slate with good success; however this particular roof was different and it had two main problems: algae and a type of yellow spore that covered the entire roof. A test area before the estimate was done showed the roof could be properly cleaned without using pressure. The algae came off with the first treatment without needing to be rinsed as planned. However, there was a yellow haze caused by the spores that would not come off after the roof had dried. They re-adheared to the roof and rinsing would not loosen the spores. I was personally not pleased with the results as the roof was not 100% clean although we did what was planned. After doing some more testing and discussing options with The Member (he offered to double the price for us to do the roof again), we decided to reclean the entire roof and rinse with a garden hose from the gutterline while the roof was still wet with formula. This worked very well and the roof came out looking fantastic. It was a very long, hard project, but it was well worth the extra effort. If I had known what was involved in getting this cement tile free of spores, the original estimate would have been double what it was (what he offered to pay), but it did not seem fair to charge him for my lack of knowledge regarding this type of spore/tile combination. The agreed upon increase in price was fair to both parties for the additional work involved (the longest - full 12 hour day - and almost toughest job we have done) to get a roof that looks brand new after 52 years!
