Great installation and looks wonderful.  It was glued versus nailed because general contractor on remodeling job wanted it glued and on floor area under kitchen cabinets. 

Mr. Brady brought over samples and left them with my husband and me.  We chose one.  Very knowledgeable, Sean measured the rooms.  He even figured out a way to save us money with an irregular part of the room.  Most carpet stores would charge you extra sq. feet for. 

Since Mr. Brady prefers to use email, at times it is hard to reach him.   His email format was different from ours, so often we could not open attachments, which led to repeated attempts to communicate.

Needing to get the carpet installed before moving, we needed it on a Friday a week away.  Sean said the carpet would  come in by Tuesday and would be installed soon after.  We did not hear from him on Tuesday and I worried.  I emailed and called.  The installers did come on Friday and they did a great job.  

To no fault of Sean's, the carpet company sent a carpet two inches too short.  Sean made arrangements to not only fill in the two inches, but to carpet the closet, too.  He also took off $50 from our bill for our inconvenience, since it took weeks before that last part was completed.   We were not asked to pay until the last two inches were in.  

I will recommend this company to everyone I know. They were professionals from start to finish. They removed all of the old carpet and installed the new carpet in less than a day and a half. I couldn't believe how quickly it was done. With snow and ice outside, they were very considerate about not tracking anything in the house. They cleaned up after themselves and did an incredible job! The carpet looks amazing!
