He was early and did a great job serving the land so I can market for a fence. He educated me in Ohio laws and helped me to better understand where everything was and how to review when working with a company for fencing. I would highly recommend him and I'm so glad I was able to find him using Angie's List. By far the best for your money, he is retired so he's not doing this to make billions but rather doing it because he enjoys it that's the kind of guy I want doing more of my work.

Greg and his assistant arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional, answered all our questions and explained everything they did to us. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone that needed a survey done.

Greg called me back and set up a date and time for the survey. He gave me a estimate and stuck to that. He and his brother that assisted him were on time and very professional. I enjoyed their visit. I am very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend

Greg showed up about 2:30, both he and his assistant were pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. They also readily agreed to put additional markers at the points along the property line where the fence would turn towards the house, as well as midway down the property line on a long run. Greg has 200 great reviews on Angie's List, and 2 negative ones. Knowing that you can't please all the people all the time, and that there are always going to be some people that just aren't reasonable, I'd say Greg is definitely among the best contractors I've ever worked with. You could do worse, I don't think you can do better. (If this is a little flowery, it's only because he delivered what he promised, and then gave me the extras I asked for, without question, complaint or request for more money. I did pay him a little more than he quoted me, because I believe in rewarding people that go above and beyond the requirement.)

We wanted to get a land survey at our new house prior to having a fence installed in the backyard. My experience with Greg Koopman was great! He contacted me the same day I reached out and conducted the survey the following day.

With the help of an assistant he surveyed and staked out the borders of my property installing permanent ground stakes in the corners and flagged stakes in the middle of the runs to make it easier to see the property line. Once finished, he walked the perimeter of the property with me showing each of the points and explained the reference points he had used. I was shocked to see my property extended about 15 feet further on one side than I thought (right through the middle of my neighbors encroaching garden). Greg then mailed me hard copies of the land survey to keep for future use.

I would highly recommend Greg to anyone in need of a survey. He was professional and provided a high level of service.

Greg was great! He was easy to schedule an appointment with, punctual, and very efficient. He helped walk me through the property lines and answered all of my questions. A couple of days later we received multiple copies of the survey int he mail.

Very professional and calming during a stressful time.  My neighbor has become increasingly insulting and bullying over property issues.  Mr. Koopman returned my initial call within 24 hours, showed up on time, conducted the survey while my neighbor filmed him the entire time.  I was worried about the neighbor's "No Trespassing" and other signs, but Mr. Koopman assured me that wasn't a problem as surveyors have the right to enter properties as needed.



My neighbor has been trouble for some time now and Mr. Koopman conducted himself (and his assistant) very professionally.  He detailed where any encroachment was and provided the survey in a very timely manner.  I very highly recommend him.  Thank you.

Greg is great guy and would def. use him again.  Due to the amount of hours he works, he can be hard to get a hold of but I would recommend anyone and everyone to him for surveying needs.  Patience will pay off in this case!
