$250 Cancelation fee. Moving, and wanted to save money for future home vs. transfer services. you cannot cancel without paying a $250 cancelation fee. Would not recommend becoming a monthly customer. Was not happy with Carlos as their customer service line. Very disappointed to end this business relationship that way. They never even got rid of the bees nor did they ever catch one rodent. It was a sham. a ton of 1-star reviews on google. NO ONE disclosed the fine print in the contract. they just say you should add this service and don't inform you it is contractual to add on.

We had an annual agreement for services - which right from the start we were a bit uncomfortable with as the salesperson claimed we could cancel anytime only to find out later canceling the agreement would result in a charge. Caveat emptor for not reading the entire legal agreement while standing on my doorstep! So we decided to give it a try - we did want to try pest control - and would fulfill the agreement. When the agreement ended, I decided the service was a poor value - each visit cost $100 and yet I don't believe any technician spent much more than 5 mins on property (other than perhaps the first visit). We were also told they would follow-up anytime to address pest problems - led to believe right or wrong we had comprehensive pest control for the price at least! - only to find out there are additional charges depending on the pest problem. And we thought the initial treatment was part of the annual service - so I'm thinking 4 visits for $400 only to find out it was not included so my annual agreement turned into $500. For $500 I can purchase a lot of containers of home treatment products for a lot less. On the plus side the technicians that came out were always friendly - but I just felt it was not a good value. Time to cancel now that the agreement ended... Five attempts later I am hoping the service is actually canceled! I emailed the company twice to cancel service, only to get a text after my first email for an upcoming scheduled service, which I promptly replied I had already canceled. The technician texted back they would not come out and "I'll make sure the office cancels it." Exact quote from saved text. Just in case, sent a second email to the company to request cancelation only to get a text for upcoming scheduled service a few weeks later. And again I was told "I'll make sure the office cancels it." But then I got a third text and email for upcoming service so I finally called. They knew I wanted to cancel - they acknowledged my previous requests on the phone - but they wanted to know why (which I already explained in the emails) and try to change my obviously misguided mind... Let's hope this fifth cancelation request finally worked. And to Greenix or any company these days that plays these tiresome commitment and cancelation games anymore - had you at least made cancelation easy it simply would have ended as "this was not the right service for me." But now all I can think is "never again" ...

Fine. There was some minor miscommunications in regard to scheduling (company worker wanted to reschedule because there was a truck in the road when he first arrived). I simply asked the driver to move - and he did. I was home specifically to get this done, and was not keen on the idea of waiting for them on another day. Not a big problem.

The visit went fine though only took 30 min for a large house (below their 5000sf limit). They told me that they would knock down any existing webs or nests, but the person told me that was only for outside. However, after he left I saw cobwebs and a mud dobber nest outside I decided to give it a month before reviewing but I've already seen new spider and mud dobber activity. Net, not impressed since I was told it should work for 3 months and I expected results since I knew they were trying to sell ongoing pest control services.

When he rang the doorbell, I almost didn't answer it. I went out it was Greenix and he said since there had been complaints about bugs or something in the area, he was going to spray outside again, and he said do you want me to do anything else and I said yeah you can do the whole house. I said you can do the garage, the basement, and I said do you want to do the inside of the house and he said yeah, no problem. There was no cost for the visit. They make bugs disappear. We live on a wooded property, so they do a good job. I never know when they're here.

On the first visit they treated the interior and exterior. On the second visit they treated the exterior only. They treat every 3 months. Treatments have been successful in keeping insects out of the house and around the exterior.

They treated for the ants, and they do seem to be gone. But their sales tactics were deceptive. In mid July they called and said that they wanted to schedule another treatment. We said no, we want to cancel, and they said that there would be a $190 charge to cancel the agreement. We did not know that we had an agreement. There was no paperwork given in advance of the work. Our mistake...

In early July they came into the neighborhood and said that they could treat for ants in our yard for $52. Nothing was said about additional applications, just that they would do this treatment.

I was at a loss for words at how much of a waste of money my "service" was. I had communicated over the phone that I wanted them to come out and clean-up the infestation area's I had found, inspect for more, and prevent them from getting in. Greenix did express that they couldn't price the preventative work until they did the inspection but I was given a price for the clean-up and inspection that seemed reasonable. When they arrived the "inspection" only consisted of them spending ~ 5 minutes walking around my house and pointing out 3 or 4 possible entry points. After that they put out a couple bait boxes and said that it would cost a lot for them to put mesh over the holes and I would be better off doing it myself. At that point they were ready to leave, so I stopped them and asked them if they were going to inspect the inside of the house, they said sure and asked me where I found evidence of mice. I showed them and their only response was to say "yes, thats a mouse and those are mouse droppings". They did not inspect any other areas of the house and they told me it would be and additional $80 per mouse to clean-up. Long story short, I hired another company and had everything cleaned, well inspected, and all the exclusion work performed for less than the 5 minute inspection Greenix provided.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this company and have had a couple of cases where we had a small influx of bugs to a small area. They come out and resolve, then follow up. I have had a lot of bad experiences with service providers in general (not this company) so it's a relief knowing that Greenix is reliable and will get the job done even if it means having to come back. The billing is straightforward and they can always reschedule due to inclement weather (for the outdoor treatment) and offer to do indoor treatments too. I felt compelled to review today because we had a great experience with our technician Shawn W. He was able to explain in detail with my wife some potential large pest issues (not bugs) and what our options are. Not pushy at all, just helpful and informative. We plan to continue to use their services and hope to work more with Shawn in the future.

I have a quarterly pest control agreement with this company for preventative maintenance treatment. They also will help to resolve any issues that arise if you notice an increase in bugs or a specific pest problem comes up as included in the service agreement.

Had an appointment scheduled and didn't show up with no call. I called several times to reschedule, and they did it again. Then after 10-15 calls before I got a hold of someone. After I set up the appointment, I started asking questions about the process on the rodents that need to be removed. I told them I don't want any baiting, just trapping to have the animals removed. I asked for a warranty in writing. I waiting on an email with the warranty, they started running around in circles about giving me it before coming out. I never got one emailed to me, they never showed up the day of the appointment. I can't ever seem to get a hold of them. They told me I was "red flagged" for non payment in their systems. They never even paid them for any services.

This customer called in with many questions regarding our products and procedures on wild life or rodent removal. We put him in contact with [Member Information Removed] of our top technician managers on [Member Information Removed] different occasions to answer any questions as well as set up an appointment. We do record all of our incoming as well as out going calls. We have listened to these phone calls and feel the customer was given excellent information. Upon scheduling the appointment we made sure it was the exact time the customer needed us to be there. We sent our Branch technician manager to the address he had given us. Our technician was unable to find the house. He immediately called the customer at the number he provided us and there was no answer. Our technician waited on that street for 35 minutes hoping to receive a call back. The customer called him at least an hour later. This gentleman has never had our service and due to misinformation and communication we are unable to even give him a quote. He has never received our services, although not from lack of trying.

The work was never done. This is despite having annual pest control service through the company. The exterminator serviced our house and stated we would have the animal removal agent contact us to set up the squirrel removal program. Since early July, we have not heard anything. We are cancelling our annual service and looking elsewhere for our business.

On Thursday I spoke with an employee of the company who informed me they don't really do those kind of home inspections but he thought he could have someone come and inspect the property just not treat it. He took my information and told me he would call me back to confirm for a Saturday morning appointment. Did not hear back from the company, so on Friday called the company again. Gave the information to the employee who answered my information and was told someone would call me back, there was no appointment scheduled. Never heard back from this company.

Since the accident, numerous attempts have been made to get insurance information from the owner of this company, to no avail. As a result, I don’t believe this company carries insurance, and I would not recommend doing business with a company that does not follow the law.

I mentioned that I was in a high rise. I also asked if there was a way to find out if someone from Greenix would be able to take a look around and place a bid for services throughout the entire building. At that point, she backed out. She said that she didn't realize how big the building was and that they would not be able to do a service that big, or even do my one bedroom unit. I asked to speak with the manager. She said she would talk with the manager and they would call me back. I haven't heard anything.

We had a wrinkle when a super-salesman sold us the original package. He "forgot" to turn in the paperwork and we didn't hear anything from Greenix for 6 months (but the quarterly payments still came out of our account). I reached out to Greenix through Angies List and they responded right away, apologized, and made an appointment.. Shawn came out for the appointment and treated the house, inside and out. He even pointed out an area I could shore up (weep holes) to further prevent insects from entering the home. I was impressed with Shawn, his cordiality and professionalism.

Ken was the chosen one and assigned to my residence. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained how rodents and insects access the home. At that time, I did decide to commit to a year of their servicesat that point. Everything was treated on the spot, and I have begun noticing improvements (I waited awhile to see the effectiveness of the treatment) So the other day I was talking to one of my tenants, and she mentioned seeing a certain bug a few times around the house. I had also seen the same bug just earlier this week. It may have been a coincidence, but I didn't want to risk it. I then texted my man Ken over at Greenix and he explained exactly what type of bug it is and how to prevent it. This was on a Friday night, and he was at the house ready to spray at 8 am Monday morning. So far they have exceeded my expectations, and I would imagine that lines up with most of the other reviews. Thanks again for your help Ken!

They came out to my home and before completing any work they said there would be an additional charge of $49/rodent trapped. I was not aware of this surcharge until they arrived. The serviceman was nice but I told them I was no longer interested.

This deal is primarily for small rodents such as mice and rats and for that there is no removal fee. It includes an inspection and quotes for different options like repair work, recommendations on how to move forward, as well providing sticky & snap traps and later removing those. When the target animal is larger, such as a squirrel, we incur different costs in traveling to and from the location, setting up live traps, and ultimately humanely euthanizing the animal.
