Service Provider ResponseThis customer called in with many questions regarding our products and procedures on wild life or rodent removal. We put him in contact with [Member Information Removed] of our top technician managers on [Member Information Removed] different occasions to answer any questions as well as set up an appointment. We do record all of our incoming as well as out going calls. We have listened to these phone calls and feel the customer was given excellent information. Upon scheduling the appointment we made sure it was the exact time the customer needed us to be there. We sent our Branch technician manager to the address he had given us. Our technician was unable to find the house. He immediately called the customer at the number he provided us and there was no answer. Our technician waited on that street for 35 minutes hoping to receive a call back. The customer called him at least an hour later. This gentleman has never had our service and due to misinformation and communication we are unable to even give him a quote. He has never received our services, although not from lack of trying.

Apartments can be tricky because neighbors may not approve of the treatments and often the management has to approve of the service as well. Because we cannot control the habits of close neighbors, we couldn't guarantee our services in this case. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. It includes an inspection and quotes for different options like repair work, recommendations on how to move forward, as well providing sticky & snap traps and later removing those. When the target animal is larger, such as a squirrel, we incur different costs in traveling to and from the location, setting up live traps, and ultimately humanely euthanizing the animal.
