Goodyear is a decent company, but it's been rough in my experiences at this location.  I kept punishing myself because they are extremely convenient to my work and they are rarely busy.    But this was a win (for them) lose for (me) so I won't go back.   I called for an apt. with a clear description of the issue and gave them every opportunity to punt if there was any likeyhood that they wouldn't be able to hook up to their diagnostic system and be able to execute the repair.   Same thing when I dropped the car off.   I get the call that they recommend I take the car to some no-name mechanic in Batavia after their top tech or manager, Steve was unable to solve the issue.  
Clearly this was a failed gamble to take the car to Goodyear for a mechanical problem.   I'd trust them to sell and install tires, change oil, but they even put inadequate struts on this car that they claimed met the Acura specs and they the car no longer rides like an Acura.  
Bottom line is that while they have to charge for someone's time to inspect the car, they need to figure out a better way to avoid misrepresenting what they can and can't do.    On another simple oil change job, I brought in a coupon so they upgraded the oil to bump up the sale.  The upgraded oil bennie was "runs better in cold weather."  It was this past June!   
So the next time they ask "how can we earn your business today?"   the answer would be, make me forget what happened the last time and the time before that.

We took our car here after a terrible experience with another discount tire place. The manager, John, was very helpful, professional and courteous. The work was performed beyond our expectations.  We will use Goodyear for all our future automotive needs.

The Goodyear manager, Steve, was quite professional.  I have utilized the Goodyear Store (Beechmont Avenue) numerous times for tire work, oil changes and wheel/brake related repair and have no derogatory information.

I have been using them for many years. The managers have changed over the years, but they have all been very courteous and very informative. They are very professional. They do a good job overall.

Goodyear is close to where we leave. They have given us excellent service each time we use them. It is a very nice place. I believe it took about an hour to have my tires installed. I will continue to use Goodyear in the future.
