It went great! First call for estimate dropped by that very evening. I researched and obtained 4 bids. Mike's proposal was in the same price range as 3 others and 1 company was $450 more. Mike had also been recommended by an acquaintance of mine. He offered to install on a Saturday, but I was unavailable. When they did come: the workmen were professional, clean, and courteous. The team was efficient, it only took them 4 hours and I was expecting longer. Clean up was great. Overall a job well done.

After acceopting his bid, he scheduled the work two weeks thereafter, and promptly performed his work in two days. He cleaned-up after fininishing in the two areas of work, and reviewed the changes of the new vs. the old.
We continue to call him on several home-maintence problems, as he has proven to be knoledgeable in every appliance and home-equipment problem. He is considerate, fair, honest and trustworthy
