About us

Brent Zuch grew up in Loveland, Ohio where he has served on various committees and City Council. He is a Navy Veteran who received numerous ribbons, medals and accommodations during his service. He is a Miami University Graduate where he met his wife Lynn (formerly Monesmith). He lives in his hometown Loveland with Lynn and his twin daughters Haley and Amanda where they are restoring a Civil War Era log cabin. He is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky and has had extensive training for loan programs, loan processes, compliance and technology. He guides borrowers through the entire loan process including how best to structure the loan and what program to use and how to navigate requirements. Many of his clients stay in contact, repeat business and refer their friends and family. Pre-approvals are always at no cost and completed promptly. He is always happy to meet face to face or use the latest technology for the greatest convenience. Communication is considered paramount, you will find him responsive and very accessible. We offer VA, FHA, RD, Reverse, Jumbo, New Construction, Rehab and special mortgages like Bank Statement Programs for the Self Employed all at great rates with reasonable cost.
