HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLANT A TREE THAT HAD DIED THAT HE PLANTED, AND HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REMOVE A LANDSCAPE TIMBER AND CLEAR OUT A BED AND SOME IVY ON ANOTHER BED. HE SAID THAT HE HAS THE NEW TREE, BUT HE WONT COME OUT TO REPLANT IT, AND NOW, HE WONT EVEN RETURN MY CALLS. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE HE SAID HE HAD THE NEW TREE.
