We've had George tune and/or service the piano twice so far, and have been pleased with the results.
Our piano is old (built 1919) and has some history to it, with various fixes and substitute parts along the way.
George took it in stride.
He helped smooth out the action after we first purchased the piano, and also raised the pitch some. He figured out where a buzz was coming from -- crack in the soundboard -- and glued it for us.
His extensive knowledge of pianos and prompt and professional service mean we will hire him again.

The tuning required two hours. George warned me that I may need to retune in 6 months because it appeared the piano was never tuned. George arrived 5 minutes early and did a fantastic job. I was extremely impressed with George's service and professionalism and am recommending him to all of my friends with pianos. I feel very lucky to have found George.

It was pleasant and professional. We have a very good console piano that after 49 years can still be brought back in tune. He's very good. Keep up the good work.
