They were wonderful he went to get. A different part because he said it would work better with the sewivel bracket wore shoe cover clean up everything took all boxes with them then he took the time to show us how everything worked

The service person had no problem addressing my needs.  He was prompt, very professional, and explained alot of the features and controls on the TV and DVD that I would never have taken the time to learn on my own.

The advice was good.  Their were recommendations were appropriate for our needs and budget.  I had to call a couple of times to finally get the write-up and quote, which wasn't a big deal.  My major issue is that I called twice and spoke to him about pricing and he never got to me after committing he would.  I ultimately went with another company for my purchase that was over $6000.

It's a shame that Best Buy only got $100 out of the $6000 I ended up spending.  They truly dropped the ball as far as I am concerned, and not just with this transaction.  I now look for other places to buy all of my electronics.

I would not recommend them to anybody. They didn’t stand behind their warranties, and they didn’t stand behind what they said they would do. When I called them, they said that they couldn’t get anybody out here for about four or five weeks, they were that backed up. I told them that my warranty would be up by that time, and they said that it was just too bad. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

The sales man was very helpful and friendly. It is never a good thing when I go in to purchase something from Best Buy, because I know it will be expensive. But I think that is was as pleasant as it could've been. The only problem that I had was tracking someone down to help me.

The service department and the sales personnel are very helpful, but do not try to pressure you. We have always been pleased with anything we have bought at this store.
