 + -1 moreThe outer foyer (outside/mailbox access) was totally filthy and did not look like it had been cleaned in years, perhaps decades. The inside foyer was neater, but the rugs and walls were so warn and dirty as to send flags up about lax and stingy managment. The company was so disorganized that the current apartment dweller had no idea we were coming. The dweller had tried to replace the common area foyer light herself - another indication of unresponsive management. I understand the company is owned by brothers. Too bad there are no sisters. If we view other Gaslight properties the price and layout will have to sell it because it sure looks like management is about income and nothing else.
Description of Work: We went looiking at a Gaslight Property apartment to rent.
