After a brief explanation as to the cause, he made a very technical matter easy to understand. He replaced a vital part that was corroded and also replaced a damaged cable wire. The guy is very nice and responsive. He's the only one on Oahu I could find to sale me torsion springs. He used a spring calculator to determine proper size and once I installed them, they worked perfectly.
