I thought the gentleman that came out was very nice to work with and I thought he would do the job right. I had to call them back a couple of times to redo small things like replacing a fixture properly and reset some tiles. He also added a different color of caulk when he did the reset and now it is mismatched. Also, some of the caulking is already starting to chip, and it has only been a month! he was very courteous but did not always show up on time. I was impressed at first but now some of the work is coming undone.
