"Thank you for your business and thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. We've been in business for over 38 years and most of our customers leave satisfied and happy with the work that we completed work for them. A large portion of our client base have been using us for years. We are a flat rate priced company, meaning there is no hourly rate charge. Our prices reflect current industry trends for work that needs to be completed for each job. Please review your invoice. You were given the best discount we could provide (we assumed you were either over 65, a repeat client, or also a military veteran). You were charged the same fair price that we charge all our clientele for this type of work. No further discount is warranted because that would be unfair to the rest of our clients that paid the same price you have. I’m sorry you weren’t completely satisfied with our services. Again, thank you for your business and have a great day!"
Randy is great - straight forward and informative, professional and prompt. Our septic pump was not coming on and we had a horrible smell coming from the septic tanks. They were out the next day and addressed all the issues we were having. He contacted the correct people to make sure the work was done to the satisfaction of the village and I'm confident he took care of everything. Price seemed fair for the amount of work we needed done.
