Furniture - Sales
The sales rep reminded me of a used car salesman. He followed me around the store and I didn't have the freedom to really look. The young man couldn't help me with color. Then an older lady took over and she was much more helpful. I would go back because of the great quality and the price.

I had visited this store once before and thought that they had a large variety to choose from. They had the style of furniture I wanted and they offer delivery service. The sales staff was friendly and helpful.

We visited the store to look for a leather couch. The sale lady showed us what they had and then let us to look around ourselves. She was not pushy nor overbearing. After finding a couch we liked we scheduled it to be delivered. The day before the delivery date we received a call with the 2 hour window in which the couch would be delivered. The delivery men were on time and very friendly. They took care not to damage anything in our house while bringing the couch in. Before leaving they called their customer service line and had me speak to a representative to make sure I was pleased with the job.
