They were very nice, very professional, they had good service, and for the most part, good quality products. The employees were very good, they were very helpful, and they seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were attentive, polite, and they were really not competitive. What I found so far was that they are not really hard selling which is important to me because I don't want to be hard sold. I want to make the decision and make my choices, and I don't want somebody selling me some things that I'm not really there for. I think they are competitively priced.

I went in to look on a Monday afternoon, and at first I was glad that NO salespeople where approaching me because I needed time to look by myself. I saw several young men and a couple of women (all salespeople) lounging on the back on the mattresses and they surely saw me because I passes them 3 times. At that point I was actually ready to ask questions and buy furniture but they all looked too tired to help me. So I was walking out to the front of the store, to leave, when I was approached by a nice older salesman, Mark Hall, who was very helpful. I ended up buying a couch and a loveseat!
I found out when I paid for my furniture that one of the young men lounging in the back was the manager!
My and quot;Band quot; rating for responsiveness and professionalism would have been worse if I wasn't averaging it with the and quot;Aand quot; rating that Mark and the ladies in the office deserve.
I must say that the furniture I bought, made by Simmons, was very poorly designed when it came to our attaching the and quot;feetand quot; to the couch and the loveseat! There were NO pre-drilled holes to screw into, and the wood was covered by upholstery so we had to cut back the upholstery (on the bottom) to find the wood so that we could drill the needed holes so we could screw on the feet. This all took a lot of our time - lucky for us we had the tools and the and quot;handymanand quot; husband!

We didn't have any problems at all. The staff was helpful. The prices are competitive.

VERY STRESSFUL DETERMINING BEST FIT AND SPENT HRS. WITH WIFE DOING THIS UNTASTEFUL TASK. MICKY GAVE EXCELLENT ADVICE ON HOW TO PICK CLOTH FOR BEST BRAND CHAIRS AND ALSO VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING COUCH. SEVERAL GOOD BROCHURES FROM BROYHILL. THREW IN A COMPUTER DESK AT VERY GOOD PRICE. (WAREHOUSE HAD HARD TIME TO FIND IT THEN, THOUGH, SO WAITED AROUND). HAD TO PICK UP COUCH MYSELF SINCE BAREBONES PRICE BUT HAVE PICKUP TRUCK ANYWAY. CAME BACK LATER FOR OTHER PURCHASE FOR A FRIEND.
