Fuller Computer Solutions, Inc. They are under new ownership.  They will jerk people around and get backed up have you hanging out.  I have nothing good to say about them.  I found them my listening to their computer show on the radio and I trusted them and I would spend 25 minutes traveling from home to their offices to have my computer worked on over the years and they always gave me reasonable service, great service, wonderful people.  I even had them come to my home once.  This was going on for five, six years.  But of late, of last year I think they are under some new management and they got so backed up, it was a temporary situation, but they disadvantaged me so badly and I had to wind up taking my computer before everything that I asked them to do got done because I turned in my computer on December 7th of 2012 and by January 7th it still wasn't fixed.  I turned in both my laptop and my desktop because I wanted the most up to date Word loaded on both systems.  But I also wanted them checked for viruses and that kind of thing, they kept stalling, they wouldn't give me a real time line and I had to initiate a call after not hearing from them for ten days.  Typically when I turned in my computer in the past I would hear within 48 hours.  What the problem was, what their estimate cost was, but not this last experience.  They kept saying they were short staffed or whatever.  I'm never going back to Fuller, I can tell you that.

I was totally disappointed with their services. It was the first time that I used them and it would be the last. I took a computer which the hard drive had crashed and they destroyed it. They provided with disc for Operating System were packed copies, so I was wondering if I should return the disc over to Microsoft and they would be out of business. They had wiped out everything in the drive and suddenly one person decided that it would be better to send me a new drive.
Response from FULLER COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, INC.

"We are obviously very disappointed that any customer would give us straight "F"s in all categories. Please allow us a professional rebuttal. SUMMARY: Our customer brought in a system that was dying. We diagnosed it, provided the parts, installed the operating system, updates and other auxiliary software. He received the Angie’s List Discount. Total cost to the customer was $125.50 for labor, $62.00 for parts, and $12.26 in tax. Customer has a fully functional PC again. DETAILS: 1.) Member indicated that he brought us "a computer which the hard drive crashed and they destroyed it." The simple fact is that the hard drive was dying. Yes, it did finally die while here. We did not destroy it. This is exactly like a heart attack patient. The person is quickly deteriorating, and the medics and doctors do everything they can to save the patient, but sometimes the situation is too far gone and the patient dies. The Doctors didn't kill the patient. In the same manner, we did not destroy this hard drive. 2.) Member stated that Fuller Computer Solutions "provided with disc for Operating System were packed copies, so I was wondering if I should return the disc over to Microsoft and they would be out of business" Here are the facts: Since the original hard drive died, we sold Member a new hard drive. An empty hard drive does him no good, it needs an operating system. Members PC had the original license sticker with the Certificate of Authenticity for Windows XP Media Center Edition, so we knew that he had purchased a valid Microsoft License for that Product. However, he did not have his original disc for that product. At this point in time, Windows XP had been out of production for 58 months (since January, 2007). Our company always gives the original media for the Operating System to our customers, so we did not have the CD for this product at our shop. As a Microsoft Partner, we were able to download a copy of XP Media Center, put it on a CD and install it for the customer. We apparently downloaded the Partner version, not the consumer version; so after a period of time, the operating system was not operating fully. Once he brought that to our attention, we located the correct version of this old software for him, and re-installed everything. Of course, we re-installed this at no charge, with our apologies for the inconvenience. We explained what happened with the install of the operating system, but somehow Member got the idea in his head that we were pirating software. One of the features that differentiates Fuller Computer Solutions from the Big-Box stores and the mail-order places is that we do not leave our customers hanging. Typically the larger companies would replace the hard drive, and it is up to the consumer to re-install the operating system (OS). If a customer fails to make a backup copy of the OS, and/or loses their disk, the larger stores do nothing to help out, and use this misfortune as a method to simply sell more stuff. Our approach was to help out Member by taking the time to find and download a piece of software which has been out of the marketplace for 58 months! We admit that this task took us two tries, however the end result was a successful repair, at minimum cost. We hardly believe that we deserve straight “F”s in a review for that. Overall, the experience was good. They were very helpful, polite, willing to work with the customer, and they know what they’re doing.  I still have to follow-up with them on one issue with the picture data, but the technician (Sean) is willing to check it out at no charge.  They have great technicians and equipment.

Response from FULLER COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, INC.

"Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. Upon seeing your report, I once again checked our records under your name. We show that between June, 2004 & September, 2007 we had three invoices in your name. The only product we sold you was one 1-year license for AVG. All other charges were for service only. Certainly, it makes sense that we cannot replace a piece of hardware under warranty if we did not sell it. Possibly this sale was in another name, or we made some other accounting error? We would have gladly provided service if you had presented us a receipt. Again, very sorry about your dissatisfaction. Sincerely, Tom Waltner President"

I’ve gone there several times. The last time had been awhile back, about three years, but from what I recall, they did a good job.  Their price was reasonable.  I was satisfied with the work. There was one problem that they didn’t resolve, but it was definitely my fault since I hadn’t made them aware of it. I’d suggest writing out all the problems, and giving them as much detail as possible! I’d use their services again.

They’re not close to me, but I got connected with them by listening to their radio show. The owners seemed to be so helpful to people that called in with computer problems. They took the time to explain everything and were very thorough. They’re reasonable and the turn-around time is good. They take the time to explain what they’ve done, and if I have any questions, they’re available by phone (the actual technicians that do the work). They’re a good company, and I’d recommend them to anybody.

I think they’re very good. They diagnosed my computer, explained things to me and were very professional. Their price wasn’t too expensive and was reasonable. Sometimes they’re really busy. He can even come out to your home. You can also call them and they might be able to help you out over the phone, which is convenient.  They’re very friendly and nice!

My husband has used them several times and trusts them. They are a small company which is very honest and takes the time to route the issues out and straighten something out without trying to sell you all kinds of stuff. We will use them again in the future.

It was a one hour job and they charge me the minimum amount. I think they did a really good job.  I liked the good quality of the repair work and that they came out when they said they were going to be able to come out which was fairly soon after I called them. Their pricing was a little bit high.

We took our computer for Staples for a tune up and ended up having the mother board replaced. In the process they didn't install the necessary drivers. Fuller computers diagnosed the problems and fixed them.

They are wonderful. Their prices are reasonable and they are prompt and courteous. They always do what they say they are going to do. They also give good advice about alternative solutions to problems. They let you know if something is impractable, or if something is too expensive. They service all brands of computers. I had an old dial up computer, that fuller repaired. They told me that the repair may not last past a couple of months. THeir work lasted 3 years!
