Very well! My first contact with them was for a major house cleaning, but since then I have had them back on a regular basis. They are always on time and they do a fantastic job.

The team of 3 came and cleaned 2 bathrooms, lg kitchen , bedroom, entrance and hall. My husband and I are disabled and their cleaning is always fantastic and the scent is always pleasant. They are very easy to work with including scheduling and time.

Two women arrived. Very professional and sweet. They brought all of their cleaning supplies. I was trying to do a deep and general cleaning before guests arrived for the holidays. The two women said they could clean what ever I needed done in the 3 hours available. I was hoping to get a deep cleaning done and general cleaning in the 3 hours because of two people being there, but it was just not possible. We have a 3000 sf house and it was too big to cover that amt of house for a deep cleaning. They did a very good job, but could not get to that level of deep cleaning in only 3 hours. Used aroma therapy steamer. It smelled great, but does not last long. I really liked the two women who arrived, Russian I think. Would use them again.

Two housecleaners showed up with a manager, after we discussed what I needed, they got to work! They cleaned everything I asked and then some. All of the baseboards and window sills were in perfect condition for the painters. I was very happy I hired them for this deep cleaning. The house smelled wonderful when they left!!!

It was okay. They did what I asked them to do. They were nice. They were amenable to doing what I ask. The owner came and made sure everything was okay and he left them here. I think they were Russians. Their English was broken but we managed to communicate. They were very cooperative and very willing to try to understand what I was saying so everything was fine. They were here on time.

The cleaning people did fine. They worked during the entire time at a good pace. They missed a few things but I know they were on a time clock. I did find it difficult to schedule the appointment.

A gift certificate was given to me for the service. Scheduling was more difficult than I expceted. After two phone calls and a web site email, I was finally contacted by text, a practice I do not like when dealing with a business for the first time. I was told in the texts to please provide my address, something I was not going to do until I spoke with someone. When I finally spoke with the owner, I had to schedule two weeks out, which struck me as being unusual, but did so. When I asked what the certificate, which was for $100.00 would cover, I was asked , "How big is the house?", which I thought was a strange question, but maybe not, as I have never used a cleaning service.
Two days before the appointment, I called to confirm, as I had not recieved confirmation from the company, and sent an email through the company's web site. I ended up calling the day of the appointment, at which time Matt said, "I'm glad you called; I didn't have your phone number (but he texted me two weeks ago!). The 9:30am appointment had to be moved to 11:30am due to short staffing and would be a two hour session (not what we discussed). Two people arrived at 11:45am, and the cleaning was mediocre at best. My fireplace mantle was not dusted, blinds were not cleaned, and the light above my dining room table not dusted, thnigs which I thought would be included in the session. When I called to express my disatisfaction with the session, I was told that there were no guarantees as to what would be cleaned (even though this was discussed at the time the session was scheduled). My impression was that because I was a gift certificate customer and the company already received $100.00 (for work not yet done) my satisfaction did not matter and I was at the bottom of their customer list. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"We are not dismayed by [member name removed] review. She is an extremely hard person to communicate with. She doesn't respond to email, will not do text and rarely answers her phone. We scheduled the cleaning session according to her requests. We tried to explain during this call that the Gift Certificate was good for (4) Man-Hours of cleaning service. We indicated that we would send a Team of two people and they would each work for two hours. [member name removed] had a very difficult time understanding that two people working for two hours would equal 4 Man-Hours of work. She probably still does not grasp this concept. [member name removed] house does not appear to be cleaned on anywhere near a regular basis. Our team estimated that it had not been cleaned in well over a year at least. Thick dust and dirt, plus cobwebs hanging a foot off the dining room chandelier and in every corner of each room. Every item in the kitchen covered with grease. Our people provided (4) Man-Hours of diligent & hard work. Yet [member name removed] complains that her house was not left clean. We again tried to explain to [member name removed] that her house probably needed closer to (12) man-Hours of work to get her house clean but she refused to listen to reason. Her opinion was that she was given a gift certificate and felt she was entitled to have her entire 2500 sq. Ft.house scrubbed clean with that certificate. Anything less would not be satisfactory. We are truly sorry that [member name removed] is dissatisfied but candidly there was no way we could make her happy in a reasonable manner. [member name removed] displayed the behavior of someone who wants everything for nothing and we could not accommodate that."

The owner of the company, Matt, arrived with two employees. They arrived a little early but didn't ring my doorbell until the exact time. I was actually glad about this because I needed the extra 15 min. to finish tidying up. (I did not want them to spend time picking up instead of cleaning). He discussed my needs and priorities. The couple, Nina and Leo were professional, polite, hard working and thorough! In that amount of time they cleaned 4 bedrooms, hall and stairs, fairly large kitchen with hardwood floor, and 2 1/2 baths. (I recently had a company of 4 workers for total of 4 1/2 man hours who only cleaned 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, hall and stairs in 4 1/2 hours - and missed some obvious places) The aromatherapy was a small machine that emitted aromatic steam. Not sure if it really "cleaned the air" as the owner said, but it was definitely pleasant and lingered for a few hours. I think the usual price is higher because this was an Angie's list deal. I have had individual contractors clean my house for a lot less money, and do the whole house - living room, family room and dining room in addition to above mentioned, and usually in 4 hours time. That being said, Nina and Leo went deeper, and did a really great job with what they did. If I could afford to have them do the whole house, and come more often - I would!

Overall they did a pretty good job. Very nice and professional. The only things i will note is when I hire someone for home cleaning my goal is for them to do the things I don't usually do. One of those things is a thorough cleaning of outside of cabinets in kitchen. Mine are white, so this is even more important. Mine still had some visible dirt in many places.
In response to the provider: The team arrived on time and left 15 minutes early so I am not sure how we were afforded more time that allotted and I informed you that the family room was not a high priority. Buying additional time was not offered to me. Further, we keep our home in very good order (we clean every Sunday). To say that the size and scope of the job are the reason for lack of thoroughness and to place blame on my unwillingness to buy additional time seems unprofessional. My review was an honest interpretation of the services I felt I received. Your response deflects responsibility.......In saying that I am downgrading the professionalism rating.

"We thank Mr. (member name removed) for his review but he fails to recognize that he hired us for only 6 man-hours of work. In that period of time we cleaned multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, family room and what we could get accomplished in his kitchen. In fact Mr. (member name removed)'s home was afforded more time than he paid for but we are not magicians and cannot get everything accomplished with a time limit. Mr. (member name removed) did not want to procure additional time, which if he had we could have finished the job for him."

Since the Big Deal in July I have used them again. They do such a wonderful job, are courteous, thorough and arrive on time. I am an aromatherapist and love the aromatherapy products that they use. They do a wonderful job and I intend to keep using their service!
