They completely cleared it up in two sessions.

He came out for a problem we were having with one of our trees. But we also asked him to go thru the yard and he did and we have a lot of red oaks. There is some kind of a disease that red oaks get and unfortunately our oaks have it. They will come out soon and do treatments. They also do root feedings and stuff. But whenever I called them to come out for the one tree, there was no charge for that. 

Jeff was personable, punctual and knowledgeable. His estimate provided several options for treating the four trees as well as other trees on the property to accommodate our budget. We will report back next summer on the condition of the treated trees.

There were no problems. He was good at explaining things to me and giving me tips on things I could do. He was honest and his prices were reasonable for what he did.

They are experienced tree people, give advice on problems & solutions, don't do things that are not needed, come without need to follow up, & leave paperwork when finished.

I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR BOTH TREE TRIMMING AND SPRAYING. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING ADVICE AND GIVING FREE QUOTES. THEY HAVE DONE GOOD WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION.

THE FEEDING WAS DONE IN APRIL. IN JULY, THE TREE BEGAN TO UPROOT ITSELF AND LEAN TOWARD THE HOUSE. WE CALLED HIM, AND HE SENT A TREE REMOVAL COMPANY OUT TO LOOK AT THE TREE. HE STATED IT HAD TO COME DOWN, AND REMOVED IT AND THE STUMP. WHEN WE CALLED FORREST LYTLE BACK, AND ASKED HIM TO COMPENSATE US FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE TREE, HE REFUSED, STATING THE TREE WAS ROTTEN, AND IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT.

FORREST LYTLE HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY TREES FOR SEVERAL YEARS. WHAT I LIKE IS THAT THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SEE A PROBLEM AND TREAT THE TREES. I DON'T HAVE TO CALL THEM OR CHECK THE TREES FOR PESTS. IF THEY SEE SOMETHING GOING WRONG, THEY FIX IT. MY TREES LOOK GREAT!
