Description of Work: Used Flood Restoration Services 2x! In January, due to root intrusion, the sewer line from the house backed up into the basement flooding the area. This was a time of intense flooding around Cincinnati and Flood Restoration Services came within 48 hours, where their next nearest competitors were quoting us the next week. Due to the shoddy plumbing job done on the roots in the sewer line we had a second backup in February. This time Flood Restoration Services came the next day and took care of an even bigger more complicated job. Excellent service, excellent company, highly highly recommend

Description of Work: Basement flooded room. The removed all furniture and carpeting. They then dried the walls and concrete flooring with dehumidifiers and fans. They workmen came back several days later, check the walls for moisture, gave us the ok to have new carpeting laid and furniture brought back into the room.

The workers were quick, efficient, courteous and so very helpful.
Description of Work: Removed soaked carpet and all furniture from basement office which was flooded. Set up dryers for four days. Tested the walls for moisture with moisture meter and found them dry. Took away carpet and all equipment. Rooms was completely dry.

All were very helpful, I was very pleased with them. They were prompt, came out when they said they would, they followed up, their equipment was in good order and their people were easy to work with.
