I normally get a survey that gives me $10 off my next service if I fill it out. I like that they handled it in a timely fashion. They will let me know if other things are wrong. They seem very professional. Interaction was very good and the work turned out well.

As for today, they replaced the brake lines. My husband could have done It himself, but is short on time and wanted a professional job. We just picked the truck up after hours and no only are the lines not routed properly under the truck, more messy than anything, but the line still leaks! Did the not check? they are leaking on our driveway as we speak.

Back in Feb, we had new brakes and roaters put on for $900. Not sure how long those last, but I'm sure it is supposed to be longer than six months. The gentleman my husband talked to must not have realized they did the job, because when he called my husband today to tell him his roaters needed to be flipped, my husband pointed out that they had just been replaced six months ago, and the rep sounded surprised. Nonetheless, a high quality roater wouldn't need to be flipped this soon. The truck is driven less than 100 miles per week. Oh, not to mention the brakes have squeaked ever since he were replaced.

I've had work done her for years, but it feels like their work is slipping. We might stick with them for oil changes, but that's about it.

I had the window replaced and took the motor arm to Firestone to either see if they could salvage the motor and arm or if I needed a new one. They told me that nothing could be salvaged and I would need a new one. I OK'd the service. On my bill under the heading Wiper Blades, Arms and Motors (rear) it lists the service and the part and how much it cost. When I picked up the van the rear wiper blade was missing the bolt cover on the arm. Not noticing it was missing until later, I phoned them and asked about it. They told me that the arm was salvaged and used but did not have the bolt cover. Elarlier they had told me that nothing could be salvaged. I wish they would have told me this earlier because they did end up slavaging the arm. They say on the bill that it is just a heading and not the actual Arm was ordered. I guess I would have felt better if they had told me this all up front, because now I don't have the bolt cover and it is noticeable. I would have appreciated the honesty!

I showed up for my appointment at 10:30, they said they would call me about 1:00 when the car should be ready. I hung out at the Mall until 2:30 and came back and asked about my car. They panicked and said they hadn't started work on it, there was a mix-up in paperwork.

They drove me to my neighbor's house, whom I had promised to take care of their dog, and they set their crew quickly to work replacing my tires. They also talked me into getting my alignment fixed for an extra $180. To compensate me for my excessive wait, they gave me one of my four tires for free.

The price was better than I could find at Donovan or TiresPlus for comparable tires, the mix-up was unfortunate but understandable, and they were sincerely sorry for it and tried to make up for it.

They were pleasant. They squeezed in the repair at the very end of their working day. Clearly stated when we need to be back by to pick up the fixed tire before they closed.
