I'm glad I kept great notes as a Certifed Project Mgmt. Pro (PMP) because they offered verbally (on the phone) less than they owed on our deal. They wanted instant phone response and I said no I won't settle for that.
I had notes of the whole proceedings and I won't settle for say 60% of the fees reduced that you guys promised (it was re-finance thru them as they already had the loan)
Now with the loan paid off they never even sent a congratulations you've paid us thousands of dollars & we are happy for your business and here is a paper to use at the campfire., (till I called an shared)= lack of a quality system
Pretty sad.
Really tarnished the potential joy of the moment.
They were an absolute joke at the law enforcement debriefing for the Springboro, OH 2012 incident too as far as security for their facility. ..........................................VERY preventable...As was this.
I see why the industry "needed " a bail out.__LOL
