THE JOB GOT DONE, BUT IT WAS NOT A SMOOTH PROCESS. THE PROCESSOR WAS NOT COURTEOUS AND WE WERE GIVEN MISINFORMATION REGARDING FEES ETC. THE DATES ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED WERE NOT ADHERED TO AND WHEN WE INQUIRED ABOUT THIS, WE WERE RESPONDED TO IN A RUDE MANNER. THE RESPONSE TIME FOR RETURN PHONE CALLS WAS BELOW AVERAGE. WE HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES TO TRY AND "CATCH" SOMEONE. THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND EVEN WITH CHANGES A "LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE" GOES A LONG WAY.
