Feldhaus was terrific. I got quotes from several installers, Feldhaus was reasonable AND quoted each step separately, which was great because we were planning to do a couple of the steps, and could see how it would impact our budget. They were flexible -- cabinet delivery was delayed and they accommodated. They installed in exactly the time they quoted, did a beautiful job. They were professional, helpful, and trustworthy. I plan to use them for tile install.

Mark Feldhaus and Feldhaus Home Improvement were great to work with! From the beginning when Mark came over to meet my wife and I, he was very professional and easy to get along with. Mark really took the time to listen to our wants and to talk through our design ideas. The quote provided explained the work to be preformed and Mark took the time to discuss the details. Once the project started, Mark and his team covered floors and items in the house to cut down on dust and prevent damage. As the project progressed, Mark kept me up to speed with phone calls and text messages and was always available to talk, even on the weekends. If there was ever a question or issue with how something should be done, Mark got a hold of us to get our input before moving forward. We also changed a couple of design ideas as the project moved forward and Mark walked us through what each change meant to make sure it was done the way we wanted. I would definitely recommend Mark Feldhaus Home Improvement for a project and will be reaching out to Mark with any future remodeling needs.

Mark Feldhaus completed a total remodel of two bathrooms.  Result: Both are fabulous.  We would hire him again.

Mark has a very professional team and he is directly involved with their work.  
He has a great plumber and an incredibly talented tile installer.  

Mark is honest and dependable. He is a good communicator.  Each day he discussed the task being done, by whom and the expected time line.  We were well informed throughout the process.

Mark and his team took great care to protect the floors and surfaces in our home.  The work area was kept clean.
He provided a written estimate.  There were no hidden costs.  We discussed changes as they occurred.

We were very pleased with Feldhaus Home Improvement.  Mark stayed very true to the quote that he gave me (any additional expenses were due to us wanting to upgrade some materials or add items to the list of things that we had them do.  They did a great job of always putting down a sheet in our hallways/stairs so that they didn't get our floors dirty.  All people that were in and out of our house were very nice & respectful and we were comfortable letting them work in our house (while our dog was home) when we were gone all day. We are extremely happy with our final product.

Another thing to note is that our master bathroom project got off to a rough start, as Mark realized we had a plumbing leak in our basement that we were unaware of.  Mark was very helpful in locating the leak and then he even offered to fix the drywall (of course at a cost!) once the leak was fixed.  The drywall looks great!

Jeff and his crew are great.  I had a great experience and never felt he was there to make money, but rather give us some really great feedback on our projects and help us get the best and most appropriate outcome for our needs.  He was even able to send us bids for other projects we hope to do in the future.  
We were on a time crunch for this project and I was a bit worried when circumstances came up, but Jeff and his crew were great and got the job done and with such quality that we were able to relax and enjoy our new room.  

Exceeded expectations! The bathroom was in dire need remodeling and updating and we couldn't be happier with the results. Most of the bathroom involved tiling and the work was done by James "the tile guy". James is highly skilled and experienced and patiently worked with me to determine the layout design. He used his experience to make several suggestions to improve the look such as adding a tile boarder to the shower and changing out the window sill to granite to match the granite in the shower and vanity top.
Everyone on Jeff's team is very friendly, professional and trustworthy. The team also did a great job of cleaning up each day. Jeff promptly responded to my calls and e-mails and kept me updated on scheduling. I would definitely hire Feldhaus Construction again and would recommend to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel.

Everything went great. All projects were finished ahead of schedule. Everyone that's been over since the renovation loves how it looks.

Significant improvement.  Mark and team did a great job with the garage renovation.  The harsh winter weather slowed them down a bit, and his painter's scheduled was a bit sporadic, but Mark provided a comprehensive, accurate quote, discussed options and delivered a high quality job.  We've gotten a quote for our basement should we decide to have him work on that as well.

Steps look great. Subcontractor for tuck pointing didn't do a very good job. Skipped large areas that were "hidden" so had to have them come back. 

They were fine. It was fine. They did quality work and it was a professional service. The staff is very professional. They got it done in a timely manner.

Feldhaus provided a reasonable price, although not the lowest I received for this work, showed up when they indicated they would and completed the work in a timely manner. Looks great!

It was good. The last time they did it, it was done reasonably quick; the staff were very responsive.

Called and left a message explaining the services desired.  Mark Feldhaus contacted me that same day and we scheduled to meet the next day.  Mark showed up on time, was very professional and quoted the work on the spot.  We received a very detailed step-by-step quote with total cost.  We gave Mark the green light and from there it was like a well oiled machine.  The guys cleaned up after themselves each day and were very professional.  Highly recommended, I won't use anyone else if I need concrete work again.

We contacted Mark Feldhaus several months ago seeking a bid to repair a crumbling stone sidewalk and retaining wall at our rental property, as well as to replace a concrete slab on its city sidewalk (which had been demolished for a plumbing repair job). He was prompt to reply to my request for a detailed estimate and, after hearing back from several other bidders, we decided to hire him. What pleased me most about working with Mark was how transparent he was about his progress on the job. After having worked with other contractors who were difficult to reach or late in completing projects, it was a pleasure to have Mark check in every step of the way. He and his team completed the job more quickly than I anticipated and with minimal inconvenience to our tenants. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.

It was a good experience. Basically, they did what they were supposed to do. They did a good job. They cleaned up and everything was fine.

Mark Feldhaus and one other guy came to the house and spent one day jacking out old concrete porch and walkway. next day was spent leveling the area next day building the forms and the next day pouring new concrete.after leaving the concrete to set over the weekend,they came back out and pulled the forms and put a glaze over the sides where the forms had been.Mark was wonderfull to work with they were very clean and tidy and filled in all voids around the new concrete with dirt i already had on hand.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness of Mr. Feldhaus and the persons working with him. He was contacted on September, 18,2009. He came out 9/21/09 to list all of the things we wanted done and gave us a written quote on 9/25/09 . Since the work was being done for my 96 year old mother It was necessary to delay the job until the weather was warmer because outside doors had to be repaired. He required a 10% payment when the contract was accepted. The contract was signed in November. but the work was not begun, by our choice, April 6, 2010 and completed on April 23, 2010. We are very pleased with the work, the professionalism, and responsiveness.

I found Mr. Feldhaus after the contractor I was going to sign stopped returning my calls altogether. Other contractors agreed to give me an estimate, but were no-call/no-shows on the time/date we scheduled for the estimate. Mr. Feldhaus returned all calls promptly and arrived to give an estimate on the agreed upon time/day. He also was available to start the work within one week (other contractors had 1-2 month wait times). He sent three men to do the one-day job and they also showed up promptly and finished the job that day. Mr. Feldhaus didn't personally oversee the work done, but he did call afterward to ensure that it was done to my satisfaction, which it was. The crew he sent was polite, punctual and completed the task as expected. I was very pleased with the service and with Mr. Feldhaus overall.

Jim was great, he responded quickly and kept me informed the whole time. His crew came in and did the work in a very timely manner. They always cleaned up after themselves and even did some grading work around the area. They did a great job and were very good to work with. I will hire them for any other concrete work or home improvement I do. This company is one that is a pleasure to work with.
